Material Selection
Premium high-strength steel and alloy materials are rigorously tested and selected. Every batch undergoes tensile strength and chemical composition verification.
Stage 02
Precision Fabrication
CNC cutting, laser precision forming, and robotic welding ensure every structural component meets dimensional tolerances within ±0.5mm accuracy.
Stage 03
Assembly & Integration
Systematic assembly of chassis, suspension, braking, and electrical systems. Each subsystem is independently tested before full vehicle integration.
Stage 04
Quality Inspection
200+ point final inspection covering structural load testing, road simulation, brake performance, and surface treatment validation before export clearance.
